Garayur It is nice and relaxing background music. I don't understand the words so it doesn't really engage that part of my mind. I can just relax and listen while working on things that require focus.

shalone cason I recorded this album for my local Buddhist monks a few years ago. I was but a young audio engineer back then, and my skills have grown since then. Nevertheless, I am extremely proud of this particular track. I used an old, cheap Casio keyboard to make this remix, and it came out sounding pretty good—if I say so myself. Check it out. Favorite track: Hai Chan II (Aryan Shalone Remix).

about

The Dong Hung Temple is a religious institution dedicated to serving followers of the Mahayana tradition of Zen Buddhist practiced in Vietnam and the USA.

This Zen sect is based mostly on meditation, applying the strict rules and discipline(Sila and vinaya) as principles, and using the Pure Land tradition (Sukha’ vati), together with meditation practice, as the foundation for cultivating one’s virtue and wisdom.

Dong Hung, literally means “to spiritually maintain and strengthen the traditional teachings of the East”, to make all the distinguished eastern teachings more prosperous, in which Buddhism is an unequivocal part.
